How Imdad works
An offer-based marketplace: you describe what you need, providers compete, and the deal is yours — directly.
For requesters
Post a ticket
Choose one machine type, describe your need, and set your location. Posting costs a flat SAR 25, and your ticket doesn't expire.
Providers are notified
Verified providers within 60 km see your request instantly. After 5 days, it opens to providers of that machine type across the country.
Receive offers
Providers submit competing offers, each with their own price and machine.
Select an offer
Compare the offers and choose the one that fits.
Contact unlocks
Once the selected provider pays their fee, contact details are revealed to both sides. If they don't pay, you can cancel within 15 minutes and pick another offer.
Deal directly
Negotiate the terms, sign, and rent directly with the provider. Rate each other when you're done.
Two flat fees. That's everything.
